Digimarc Network constitutes three words combined in short they are, DIGital, IMAging and Resources. The company is still new but its specialization in ICT skill training and multimedia development and production has brought up this company to the eyes and awareness of some institutions and agencies in the state. Person with the stick, who is the core trainer, Johan Ariff Ismail himself has gone through out so many ICT curriculum development activities known as DACUM (Developing a Curriculum) programs along with Kementerian Sumber Manusia (Ministry of Human Resource), in developing NOSS (National Occupational Skill and Standard) in all ICT fields.

NOSS is a National Document that published by Kementerian Sumber Manusia which stated all ICT Job specification and job definition comprising all ICT fields such as Information System, Computer Networking, Computer Engineering, Application Development and Multimedia Production.

On top of that Johan Ariff Ismail also has involved in lot of training guide development programs conducted by Information Technology Training Centre, UTM in Association with Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, Kementerian Sumber Manusia.

Being elected as a chief judge of Multimedia Development competition at unit Perancang Ekonomi Negeri Kelantan (UPEN) and professional Consultant at several training institutions and other government agencies has bring a lot of tremendous experiences especially in conducting in-house training for government agencies and private sectors.

CBT (competency based training) approach is an approach that has been proven by so many advance countries in the world that claimed to be the most effective training approach,  and the same approach would be introduced in conducting government agencies ICT training session as well.
